I am going on holiday – can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time by selecting pause in "Your Account"

Do you reuse the glass bottles?

Absolutely, they’re reused on average between 25-30 times. At the end of their useable life, they’re melted down and re-blown into new bottles.

Your address is in Berkshire?

We run a dairy in both Maidenhead, Berkshire and Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. They are run as separate entities but with the same principles and ethos.

What’s the catch with your first week free trial?

There’s no catch, the entire first week is FREE!

When will my first delivery be made?

We aim to make the first delivery between 24-48 hours after the initial order.

What time can I expect my delivery?

We deliver all our milk before 07:00, in plenty of time for the morning commute or school run.

Can I change my order?

Yes of course, feel free to amend your order as required. It often takes a little time to find right the balance.
